In this set of lessons, we’ll explore the first of Emergence Personality Theory’s five fractal patterns – Mind Body Orientation. All five patterns, to some degree, limit what we can experience or be conscious of. Here, the downside to having a Mind Body Orientation is that it filters out up to 50% of what people could theoretically see. The upside is that this limits the scope of what people feel the need to see, allowing them to better examine the things they can see.
Largely because this filter blinds us to much of what occurs in life, we feel forced to infer this missing portion with things like intuition and logic. This means, by learning to recognize, in real time, the effect Mind Body Orientation is having on your life, you can dramatically decrease this need to infer, while simultaneously increasing your access to, and therefore, the quality of your choices.
