We’ll begin today by exploring some of the maps which the way we interact with food and weight.

- We’ll begin today by exploring some of the maps which the way we interact with food and weight. We’ll focus on the 4 Food & Weight Measures, which together describe a person’s ability to sense whether their body is filling and emptying (healthy), or full and empty(unhealthy). Surprisingly, this dimple measure allows us to define the pair of conditions behind all food & weight struggles, being Naturally Thin and Naturally Fat.
- Realize, these terms do not refer to how much a person weighs. Rather, they only refer to the two states of mind which determine how eating of exercise will affect us. Taken to extremes, these two states lead to a second pair of opposites, the conditions we call “anorexia” and “bulimia.”
- Next, we’ll explore a few things to pay attention to whenever you eat, both of which all of us managed well when we first arrived on the planet.
- Finally, we’ll explore Emergence’s version of the Hypnogram, yet another map which reveals how much we have and have not known about sleep.
