Please know, we record videos of all seminars, both the monthly, fourth Saturday of the month, EU Monthly Seminars and the Emergence Basics groups. We also record videos on the third Tuesday of the month, Grand Rounds groups. In all three cases, we ask that you be mindful of what you wish to share or not share, as these videos will be posted in the school library.
This said, with the exception of the Emergence Basics series, the videos which get posted, both on Vimeo and on the University website, are password protected. The library portion of the website itself is only accessible with a password as well. These passwords are intended to restrict access to these videos to those who are enrolled in the school.
So please do not share these videos with others outside of the school without the express permission of one of the deans.
This raises a second, important point, this time about deciding what to share in the Emergence Basics videos. These videos are, by design, intended to be posted on the school YouTube channel as well. Thus keep in mind, these videos are NOT password protected. Please be aware that what you say on these videos will be publicly accessible and act accordingly.
